Situated on the promenade Roland Garros next to the casino, and open from April (every weekend and in July and August everyday until 19thSeptember) the “ETABLISSEMENT DE BAINS” offers :
• beach services including the renting of parasols, long chairs, beach wood cabins and hot showers
From 1st July to 31st August, Monday to Saturday :

• children’s “Neptune Mickey club” : children from 4 to 14
• swimming sessions : for all levels
• aqua gym sessions : from 9.30 am to 10.10 am
• diving sessions : only on Sundays, all levels
• several beach activities

« La base nautique » of Houlgate, situated on the beach near the cinema, is open everyday in July and August from 10 am to 6 pm. Renting, private and group lessons, courses, available on catamaran, single or double seat kayak and winsurfing.

« KITE PARADISE » KITESURF SCHOOL, situated in Houlgate is open everyday from 15th March to 15th November. Ideal to try this sensational sport on a magnificent beach.
All level courses are available (limited to 4 persons per session) :
• Beginners: to learn how to drive a kitesurf wing
• Advanced : to try your first jumps in the wind
• Discovery : to try your first time for half a day

The sailing club is situated in the Dives/mer harbour (Port Guillaume) and is open all-year-round, from Monday to Saturday in July and August from 9 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Friday during low season from 10 am to 5 pm. Courses available for professional use and for beginners and advanced on many kinds of boats.
